We develop solutions for hygiene and well-being, minimizing the ecological footprint along the entire value chain.
- Life Cycle Assessment (LCA): We monitor environmental performance with the aim of covering 80% of our product references.
- Emissions Reduction: We avoided 165 tonnes of CO2 thanks to the energy self-consumed from our systems.
- Waste Management: 100% of the waste generated (2,298 t) is classified as non-hazardous.
Social
People, Inclusion and Community
Human capital is at the heart of our Group. We continuously invest in the well-being and reskilling of our people.
- Gender Equality: We have successfully renewed the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification.
- Corporate Welfare: Opening of a new 51 sqm Break & Lunch area and increased value of meal vouchers.
- Local Impact: Active support for the Francesca Divella Foundation, AGBE and prevention initiatives such as the “Festa in Rosa”.
