Extreme 3 and New Breathable Elastic Films, are example of our Innovation, developed thanks to our own technology for 3D vacuum and mechanical perforation.
The main improvements reached in Extreme3 are the implementation of elliptical versus round holes, a newly developed blend and other process modifications. Texol Breathable Elastic film is the most important solution to all the needs requested for baby and adult disposable articles: comfort discreetness and perfect fit on the body of the wearer.
A GLOBAL GROUP, A GREEN THINKING
Texol was estabilished in Alanno (Pescara – Italy) by a highly skilled Engineering Team and a local important and strong financing group as an innovative manufacturer of films and raw materials for the hygiene, medical and health protection industry.
Since its foundation Texol has attracted the interest of world markets: today a large part of its production is exported to the Americas, Europe, Middle East and East.
In 2016, Texol and Winpack reached a joint venture for the production of disposable diapers and sanitary napkins in South and Central America.
In 2017, Texol acquired Orma in order to make sustainability a commitment for the future. Orma is a producer of spunlace nonwoven materials made of bamboo and natural fibers used in various sectors, such as hygienic, medical, ho.re.ca, cleaning professional, etc.. . Its policies of respect for the ecosystem have allowed it to obtain the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certificate, which guarantees that the raw material used to make a wood or paper product comes from forests where strict environmental, social and economic standards are respected. To these awards must be added the Vincotte TUV Compost Industrial certificate, which labels some bio-based, biodegradable and compostable products.
Protecting and preserving our Environment is a priority.
Texol Environmental Management System is in compliance with the ISO 14001:2015 international standard, intended for use by an organization seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.
Texol is also in compliance with the standard ISO 9001 : 2015, for the design and production of plastic films.
